How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock products are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery to most Australian addresses takes a further 1-7 business days depending on your location. Your estimated delivery window will be confirmed at checkout.

Larger items - including heat pumps and complete HushHub Control systems - may have extended lead times due to production scheduling and stock availability. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to confirm a delivery timeframe before dispatch.
