You can purchase individual Chilli products or a complete system. When everything is Chilli, everything is built to communicate with everything else.

It depends on the water system you choose. MineralWater - the standard Chilli system - works the way most pools traditionally do: you add chemicals and run to a schedule, adjusting based on your own testing. It is reliable and app-connected, but it does require regular owner input.

FreshWater reduces that workload with UV sanitisation and lower salinity, but still benefits from manual attention during heavy use periods.

AutoCare is where full automation begins. Set your target outcomes through the Summertime app - the system monitors ORP and pH in real time, doses automatically, and responds to changes in bather load, temperature, and season. No constant checking. No manual adjustments.

The HushHub Control is the core of the Chilli system - the enclosure that brings together your pump, filtration, chlorination, and automation in one integrated unit. It is what connects all your Chilli components and enables control through the Summertime app.

The HushHub Control Pool System manages a pool only. The HushHub Control Pool & Spa System manages both a pool and a connected spa. Both are available across all three water system variants - MineralWater, FreshWater, and AutoCare.

Yes. Chilli products are compatible with all pool types and builds. The HushHub Control is the standard system inclusion with Summertime pools, and is available for any new or existing pool build.

The standard Chilli water system. Soft-feeling magnesium mineral water at around 2,000-3,000ppm salinity, with app-connected control. You manage day-to-day chemistry manually - adding chemicals and running to a schedule based on your own testing. Best for owners comfortable staying hands-on.

An upgrade that adds Chilli Pure UV sanitisation and reduces salinity to around 900ppm. The lower salinity means it is classified as fresh water. Cleaner-feeling water with lower chlorine levels and fewer manual adjustments than MineralWater.

The highest level of the Chilli water system. Builds on FreshWater by adding Chilli Balance - ORP and pH monitoring with automatic acid dosing. Set the target outcome. The system measures real conditions and adjusts automatically, responding to heatwaves, bather load, and seasonal changes without manual input.

MineralWater is the right starting point if you want a reliable, familiar system and you are comfortable staying involved day to day. FreshWater suits owners who want lighter, cleaner water and fewer adjustments. AutoCare is for owners who want their pool water managed for them - automatically, consistently, without constant checking.

Yes. The Chilli water systems are designed as a progression. You can move from MineralWater to FreshWater, or from FreshWater to AutoCare, through a system upgrade. Contact us for details.

The Summertime app is how you set, monitor, and control your Chilli system. Heating schedules, pump operation, lighting, water temperature targets, and - with AutoCare - water chemistry targets. The intention is to set things once and let the system run.

Both your HushHub Control and your phone need an active internet connection. The HushHub connects via your home Wi-Fi. Your phone can connect via Wi-Fi or 5G. Without connectivity on either side, you will not be able to monitor or control the system remotely.

The Summertime app is available on iOS and Android.

No. A Chilli heat pump is an optional addition to the HushHub Control system. It is available as a standalone product and can be added at any time. We offer a range of heat pump sizes to suit different pool volumes and heating requirements.

Pool volume is the main factor, along with your location and how quickly you want the pool to reach temperature. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you work it out before you order.

COP stands for Coefficient of Performance. It measures how efficiently a heat pump converts electricity into heat. A COP of 6 means every 1kW of electricity used produces 6kW of heat output. The higher the COP, the lower your running costs.

The HushHub Control is designed to be straightforward to install. However, the electrical components must be connected and signed off by a licensed electrician. We recommend engaging a qualified pool technician or plumber and electrician to ensure the full system is installed correctly.

If you are building a new pool, installation is managed as part of the build process. If you are adding a HushHub Control to an existing pool, contact us and we will connect you with an authorised installer.

Yes. Individual Chilli products - including the HushHub Control - can be added to an existing pool. Contact us with your pool details and we will work out the right configuration for your setup.

Every Chilli product carries a 3-year warranty as standard. If you purchase a complete HushHub Control system - either the Pool System or the Pool & Spa System - that upgrades to a 5-year warranty across the entire system.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. It does not cover damage from improper installation, unauthorised modification, or misuse.
