Included as standard in every HushHub Control across MineralWater, FreshWater, and AutoCare systems, the Chilli Controller is what makes pool automation feel effortless. It speaks directly to the Chilli app, giving you real-time control and scheduling from anywhere.

It also acts as the connection point for the rest of the Chilli ecosystem, linking to the Chilli Expand for additional control zones and the Chilli Balance for automated water management in AutoCare systems. One controller. Everything connected.

Is the Chilli Controller included in my pool package?

Yes it's included as standard in every HushHub Control system across MineralWater, FreshWater, and AutoCare. It's not a separate purchase.

What can I actually control through the Chilli app?

Filtration schedules and run times, pool lighting, chlorinator output, and all valve and actuator functions. On AutoCare systems, the app also gives you visibility over live pH and ORP readings.

What WiFi setup does the Chilli Controller require?

Standard 2.4GHz home WiFi. Your installer will connect the controller to your network during commissioning.

What happens if my internet goes down? Does the pool still run?

Yes the Chilli Controller operates your pool equipment locally regardless of internet connectivity. Your scheduled programs continue to run. You just can't make remote adjustments until connectivity is restored.

If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
